Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Father recently died and he was in the middle of a divorce. There is a house involved,and now bank accounts are frozen and that is were his will is located. What rights do I have and how do i get to the will.

I would need more information as to the status of the divorce and whether you are listed at his executor in his Will. For example, if "grounds" were the divorce were issued, your father's estate would come in and take his place in the divorce proceedings. Please contact me to discuss.
