Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
Where can I find information about about a trust that my father (recently deceased) was in control of ~ it was a generation skipping from his mother to us, the children. I have the EIN #.

If you are the beneficiary of the trust, then you have a right to see a copy of the trust. Ask the trustee.
The EIN number is for tax purposes for the trust. That has no bearing on anything. The trust is a private document and is not filed anywhere. If your father is not deceased and managed the trust, why did you not ask your father during his lifetime? If he was trustee, he had a duty to give you a copy. However, there must now be a sucessor trustee and you should ask the successor a copy of the trust instrument.
