Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My grandmother passed away recently. I moved in with her in 94. When I was able to leave she asked me to stay with her. I cared for her as different relatives lived here on and off. She collectd social security and I payed most of the bills. One of my uncles moved in in "07. I started staying with my girlfriend at the time. My grandmother became ill and passed away Feb "08. Another uncle moved in and I moved in with my girlfriend. Long story short I came back Aug "09. My second uncle was maintaing the house reagrding bills and taxes. When i moved back in we agreed on splitting the bills. Since then he has been trying to get the house in his name. there is a letter he ahs to get signed from my other uncles and aunts. The problem is now he is trying to charge me rent. While my grandmother was alive she told my aunt and I that she was leaving us the house and that she had put it in her will. No one can find her will. It was also a problem getting the deed to the house. My question is how do I find her will and prove that she left me the house? I lived here for over 10 years and he was here for two years and is trying to bully me into paying rent. But he doesnt legally own the house.

You should try to find out if your grandmother had an attorney. Such attorney would probably have a copy of the Will, if not the original. If you cannot locate the Will, her assets would pass according to the laws of intestate succession in Pennsylvania. If I knew your family tree, I could tell you who would receive a share and what percentage.
Unfortunately, your care of your grandmother is irrelevant in this situation.
