Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

home ownership

I live with my mom and I am on the deed for the house with my 2 sisters. I would like to know my rights when my mom passes away. I have no problem buying them out. Can they make me leave the house?

Re: home ownership

If your name is on the deed with your 2 sisters', and your mother's name is not, your mother probably doesn't even own the house.

How you and your sisters share ownership depends on how your names are shown and other wording on the deed.

They cannot make you leave the house.
