Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My husband has our home in just his name. If he were to pass away, would I be financially responsible for this if I did not live in the home? I am named in his will as the beneficiary and also for life insurance.

If the home was purchased while you were married then you have the entireties privilege. That is your husband can't sell or mortgage the home without your written permission.

That said if its only his house it's his responsibility. Now if you were to inherit the house then it becomes your responsibility.
