Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

my husband and i have moved to Pennsylvania from Texas. Are our Texas wills valid here?

No attorney can know without looking at your Texas wills, although, if your will was valid in Texas, then chances are the PA courts will honor it. Generally though, it is always a good practice to get your will reviewed by an attorney whenever you have a life-changing event, like a move.

And Texas is a community property state, unlike PA. This might also affect your disposition and is yet another reason to have your will updated by a PA attorney.
