Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My husband recently passed away and we were separated at the time. Am I responsible for bills he left behind?

Bills in his name only are the responsibility of HIS estate. Only debts or bills in both your names are your responsibility. Beware of collection people who say different.
