husbands wants to give up his power of attorney rights of his recently decessed wife

Whether husband is the agent for the wife or wife was husband's agent is unclear. If the husband was the agent his rights as agent terminated when the wife died. If the wife was the agent then when she died she is no longer husband's agent.
