Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Inheritance

My aunt and uncle died within 6 days of each other, in their wills they left everything to their only daughter. They own two homes, 1 in NC and 1 in NJ. They had quite a bit of money and insurances too. What steps does my cousin have to do now that they have passed away? She has no idea what to do. She was also named executor to their estates, she moved them up here to PA to a nursing home, prior to their passing away. Can you help me to tell her what she needs to do. Thank you for taking the time with this matter.

She needs to probate their estates in the county of residence. She may need to probate the property that is located in other states in the state it is located in..
