You may "disclaim" an inheritance. There is a form that you should file, and there is a time limit within which to file it.

If you check with the Office of the Register of Wills in the County where the deceased lived, they may help you with forms and instructions.

Sure can. Just say no thank you, then it becomes the executor's problem. There's a legal term for this but at this time of night it escapes me. Besides its not important only the no thank you is.
