Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Lawyer in charge passes away

What should a person do, when the lawyer who drew up a will and was in charge of executing the will passes away? He had a partner, but as far as we know, he's not taken over our lawyer's clients and have no clue how to get our file.

If the other lawyer was a partner with the deceased lawyer then he may have a legal obligation to handle the case. If the other lawyer is only wrapping up the affairs of the deceased lawyers practice you are entitled to receive from him a copy of the file. I offer free consultations.
