Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

legal transfer of money to son from father

My dad passed away in April, 2007. Two weeks before he died, he went to his bank and transferred $270,000 to my brother X. I witnessed the transaction. He left in his will to my mom his business (Christmas tree and nursery), 17 acres of land, house and at least $60,000 plus all insurance. Dad informed the bank official and me that he did not want any of the $270,000 going to my mom or his two other sons, Y and Z. The money transfer was in my dad's name and my brother X's name. Mom cheated on dad and dad knew it. Mom treated dad terribly and lied to him. X has video proof, by a hired investigator, of my mom cheating on dad. Y and Z were both mentally and physically abusive to dad. Intentionally, each had physically knocked my dad down. Dad was in his 80's. He and mom were married for 59 years. My mom is sueing X for the $270,000, claiming dad didn't leave her any money. Mom has disregarded dad's will and given the land and business to Y. Dad wanted everything else but the $270,000 divided equally in his will but X was supposed to run the nursery. While dad was living, X did all the work on nursery for last 17 years. Neither Y nor Z helped at all. I am physically disabled. All parties are represented by lawyers. Who gets the money?
