Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

livng with recently deceased partent

At the time of my mothers sudden death, father has aldeady passed, I was living with her at her residence for several years. I am not the executor of her estate. The question I ask of is this...due to the fact that I was living with her is there a special law that says that I'm am to recieve a certain amount of money above and beyond the others included in the estate?

Sorry to hear of your loss.

No PA law does not provide additional funds for someone living with the deceased at the time of death. Any special funds would have to been in a will executed before your mother's death.

Good luck to you.
