I don't know since you have not chosen to relay any relevant facts. Its not from the date the accounting was filed but from confirmation of the account. If the account is for a Pennsylvania estate, then the final account has to be submitted to the court or the clerk. The accounting is reviewed. If all is in order, the court or clerk issues a final order confirming the account. The personal representative then has to distribute the assets to the beneficiaries/heirs.

When was the final accounting filed? When can it be presented to the court or clerk? Has the time for filing objections lapsed (its usually 10 days)? How soon after the objection period can the court/clerk hear the matter? Confirmation has to be scheduled as per the court's or clerk's schedule.
