How long is the statutes of limitations for a will in probate in the state of Pa

I have a friend that has inherited from her step-father a sum of money in the State of Pa. What is the time limit before the court closes the case.

There is no such thing for a will. If the executor is taking too long to distribute you can petition the court for relief.
