Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
If a married couple who own everything jointly and leave $200,000. He has 6 siblings, she has 3. No children. Does each get one-ninth. Or does each side get one half of the estate?

If you write a will then they get what YOU say they do. Why would you leave writing your will to the Pennsylvania legislature.
As to your question it depends on who dies when. If one spouse dies before the other then the surviving spouse gets it all. After that hard to say.
