Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Monies Due from Estate

My grandfather passed away about 2 years ago. He had a will and all three of his children were the executors. There have been some fighting and now there is only one executor of the estate. In the will he did leave some items for the children and their spouses. This has been taken care of. It stated in the will that if there is anything left and sold that it shall be split three ways. Recently the trailer that my grandfather lived in has been sold, but the other two children have not been given any monies from this transaction. They have asked the executors lawyer and he keeps giving them the run around. What should they do? Do they have the right to file something? Do they have the right to file a complaint against the attorney in charge of this matter? The executor also has a truck that is sitting in his front yard that was my grandfathers and he is to sell it. Can he be forced into taking it somewhere, where the truck will be seen? Right now it sits in his front yard, and he lives way out in the woods where it is not seen by anyone other than the people that live on his road. He will need to split this money as well. Can the other children turn this estate into the state of Pennsylvania?? They think he has spent themonies!!

Well if they are willing to spend the money they can ask the Orphans Court to replace the executor. That will get the pot boiling.
