Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
my mother died in jan., 2010...my uncle is the executor and im the heir...(im an only child)....he wont give me my inheritence. can he legally do this? and if he cant what can happen to him as far as the law is concerned? my mother did have a will and it states im the heir.

There are different ways to "force" him to give you your inheritance, and it all depends on what he has and has not done with regards to administering the estate.
