mother died with a will have 3 siblings one who is on the property, living in a home she built on it now she is claiming that she owns the entire farm of 212 acres. can not reason with her what are my options

Where is the land located? Was your mother's will probated? What did the will say about who was to get the land. I am assuming that the land is in PA and that the will stated that all the siblings are to inherit the land in equal shares.

Your options are: (a) have your sister buy out the shares of those who do not want the land; (b) if you or your siblings do want the land, buy out the share of your sister or see if the land can be equally divided among all of you; or, bring a partition action in the county where the land is located.
