Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My Mother and Father had wills changed to exclude some family members who were not getting along. She said it was made "irrevokeable". After some time, the family all began to get along again. Christmas of 2008, we were all together for the first time in years. They (my parents) decided to change the wills and include all the family members again. Before they got to do that, my father had surgery in January on 2009 and passed away. Now my Mother is concerned that she will not be able to change her will to include all the siblings. Will she be able to do that??

Wills are not irrevocable until the testator (person making the Will) dies. Your mother can change her will.
