mother passed away, was remarried. what are my rights as her child to her will?

Your rights are whatever are outlined in the Will. No one can speak as to your rights without seeing the will.
If you question is whether you are entitled to see the will, the answer is generally no. The exector is in control of the estate.

A will is a public document that must be filed with the local court or register of wills. If your step-mother or the attorney for the estate will not provide you a copy of the will, you can obtain a copy from the court.
