Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

mothers will

My brother is questioning the will by saying that mom died on the 3rd instead of the 4th. She died in her sleep and paramedics were not called until the next morning. The coroner was called and stated she died sometime after midnight on the 4th. Question: is this valid reason to contest will? Money is not equal to all siblings, this is why he is doing this. (he never went to funeral) can he change any of her wishes stated in the will? He is refusing to sign the release of funds paper he got from the attorney. Can he cause a problem? If yes what? We were told that after 30 days ,if all siblings sign then money could be sent. Will this affect that? Thank you for any help. This is horrible to have brothers and sisters acting like this. My mother is rolling in her grave GOD BLESS HER.

Re: mothers will

Date of the is not an issue unless one of the beneficiaries died within 120 hours of your mother's death.

He is causing problem. You might contact the estate's attorney to see what he recommends.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
