noterized estate papers

my brother with no finanical help from mom or sisters. now mom died (had nothing) now sisters tell me thry want no money but want me to sign a noterize paper for her estste? If i do am i responsible for any costs/

I am not certain what you are asking. If you are the brother and your mother died and she left a will leaving whatever she had to you and your sisters then perhaps the sisters are waiving the right to take anything from the estate. This would also apply if there was no will. Of course it could be that there are no assets or limited assets and the sister want you to take over sole responsibility for any inheritance taxes etc. You would best be advised to review any documents they give you with an attorney before signing anything.
