Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My parents died and did not have a will. There are nine children all over twenty-one years old. Who decides what to do with the personal property and real estate they left. One of the childer has power of attorney.

The law has a default will call the intestate law. As all the heirs at law are over 18 it makes things simpler. The Power of Attorney is void as the principal is deceased. So one or more of you need to step up and get letters of administration so the estate can be handled.
