Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Personal loan question

My uncle loaned me a sum of money to buy a car, I agreed to pay him back the amount, however, he had taken ill and may possibly pass on, He has no other immediate family members. Am I still responsible for payment of the balance of the loan after his passing since the agreement was between he, and myself?

Re: Personal loan question

Generally, your debt can be collected by the executor of your uncle's estate if there is an estate opening for your uncle when he passes.
