Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
I need to petition a Pennsylvania Orphan's Court to object to the appointment of a administrator of my brother's estate. Is there a form for that or will a letter suffice to the court ?

Check with the county to see if they have any forms. My guess is they don'y. A letter will NOT suffice. A petition has to be in the proper form. While you can go to a law library and find forms for petitions, hire a probate attorney to represent you. i am not sure why you are objecting to the appointment of someone. Do you have adequate grounds to object?
