Power of attorney agent

My mother made me,my sister and my brother her powers of attorney. Since then I have found out that my sisters daughter has been making out my mothers checks and using my mothers money for her own needs as well. This is all with my mothers knowledge. I told my mother I did not agree with this however it has continued. I would like to have my name removed from her power of attorney. Is this possible and how do I go about it? Thankyou.

You need to send a certified letter to your mother stating that you are no longer able to serve as her power of attorney. I offer free consultatioons.
