Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
Power of attorney
In general, If someone has power of attorney, is a fee paid to that
person? E.G. A woamn has power of attorney for her sick father who
is in a V.A. home and handles his monthly retirement and Social
Security checks. Does this woman receive a montly fee for that
service by law?

Re: Power of attorney
Unless the document specifically authorizes payment of a fee, there is no statutory right to a fee.
