Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I have Power of Attorney for my Mother who recently suffered a major stroke. The PoA allows me to pay her bills etc and manage her bank accounts. Would it also allow me to create a Living Trust on her behalf?

Only if the POA has a clause in it that says you can.

Look at the terms of the POA and see what it authorizes you to do. If not specified you cannot .
