Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
If you have a Power of Attorney written in the State of New Jersey and you move to Pennsylvania is it still valid or do I need to make a new one?

It should be valid. Was it done by an attorney? Was it filed? Do you have any changes? If so, you might want to make a new one.
