Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Pre Nup

A pre nup was created before my

Fathers marriage which we believe

was to prevent his estate from going

to his new wifes children after her

death. We can not find a copy of this

document. Is it easy to destroy this

and claim it never exhisted? Can it

be located by legal means?

The first place to look for this document is in the files of the lawyer who drafted the pre nup.

Could this document have been destroyed? Of course it could have.

I am not sure what you mean by legal means. These documents are not filed with any office like the prothonotary.
