Re: Probate Law

You need to provide more information. When did your mother die? Did she have a will? Who was the executor? Was your mother's accounts joint with someone or in trust for someone? In that case the joint owner or person in trust would receive the funds. Did someone ie your aunt have power of attorney? All these and more are relevant. You should contact an attorney at once to see your options. Do not wait as there may be statute of limitations.I would be willing to speak with you if you wanted to contact my office. If you would like to schedule a consultation with my office please contact me.

Re: Probate Law

Your sister or your mother's sister.

How much money is at stake? If your mother did not have a will and the accounts were only in her name, then you need some assistance.

If we can help let me know. Yes there will be a reasonable fee.
