Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

about probate wills

my husbands step sister called him to ask him what was his motehrs maiden name was.she was married to his father awhile back ...and our question is why would she need her maiden name for...does my husband have something comming to him in the will left from his father..they live in texas we live in philadelphia...please let me know why she needs this...

Re: about probate wills

Why not ask the step sister? It could be something as trivial as researching the family tree. Why immediately your thought of wills and inheritances does not follow from the question.
