Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Protecting/Stipulating What Your Leave to Your Heir(s)

I am searching information on behalf of my brother. He is terminally ill and setting up his will, changing beneficiaries etc. Only 1 son and 1 grand daughter are his sold heirs. He is concerned however that his sons x-wife and a soon to be new wife will not benefit in any way under any circumstance at any time from his hard earned assets. Believing his soon is too naive and gullible in terms of the opposite sex, he is in need of some legal stipulation whereby his wishes will be met to the letter.

My sympathies in this diffcult time.

To answer your question, this is a drafting problem. He might want to set up a trust (not complicated) and have you as the executor.
