Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
i need to provide my children with inheritance, my second husband does not want to leave them anything until he dies or remarries if i would pass away

Your situation is all to common in cases of 2nd marriages. Because your husband doesn't want to leave your children anything in the event that you predecease him, it is important that you look into other ways that you could insure that your children would receive something in the event that you die first. This can be accomplished in different ways including how you have accounts titled or my making certain beneficiary designations. Not to toot my own horn so to speak, but it is generally a could idea to meet with a competent estate planning attorney to insure, as much as possible, that you wishes would be carried out.
