Q1) Is any beneficiary named in a will entitled to a copy of the will ? Q2) If so, if the executor won't provide a copy, can or must the estate attorney provide a copy ? Thank you

You can get a copy of the will from the register of wills in the county where the estate is being probated.

Neither the executor nor the estate attorney must provide you with a copy of the will. Wills are a matter of public record - anyone can see the estate file. As noted by Attorney McKee, if the estate is pending in Pennsylvania, then go to the register of wills at the Orphans' Court in the county where the estate is pending. Ask to see the file and make a copy of the will.
