Questions about last will and executrix

1. How long does an executrix have to file with the court?

2. what are the obligations (fianancial)?

3. The pesron who is the executrix was a live-in girlfrind and she was given permission in the will to live in the house as long as she wanted. Does she need to pay the homeowners insurance or a renter's insurance? is she responsible for all of the bills and associated upkeep of the property? If she refuses to do so, is there any leagal action that can be taken?

If live-in has the original will and has not filed any of the intestate heirs can file for letters of administration without a will. Once she receives notice she will likely file the will or risk losing her life estate.
