Am I responsable for paying private mortgage debt to deceased grandmothers estat
am i responsible to continue to pay a private mortgage to my grandmothers estate for a property i purchased from her and she held the mortgage. this private mortgage or property is not mentioned in her will which proceeded this sale. must i pay her heirs the amount still owed. can i sell this property without her estate being settled,

The mortgage may have been transferred to the estate, without reading the will I cannot answer your questions. Before you sell the property you need to be sure you have clear title.
