Am I responsible for my Father's debts?

If my Father dies with no life insurance or monetary

assests will I become responsible for his debts?

Generally no, however the estqte would be. If the estate has no assets than the debt is forgiven.

Generally - no unless you also previously agreed to be personally responsible. However, the estate will be responsible for the debts and any assets of the estate will ahve to be used to satisfiy the debts.
