Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
Rights as a person named in a will
My father died recently and will was probated about a week later by a sister and brother(executor and co-admin.)
I am named in the will, but the executor is not releasing the will and amounts within the will. I know I have a right to view the will, but my question is in regard to fairness and equity by the executor and co admin.
Thank you,

Re: Rights as a person named in a will
If the Will was probated, it can be viewed by anyone at the Office of the Register of Wills for the County where the deceased resided at the time of death.
The Executors have the obligation to carry out the dispositions of property in the Will, subject to first paying all obligations of the deceased, including taxes. If there are assets remaining after that, those assets must be distributed as directed in the Will.
Part of the administrative actions taken by responsible Executors is to obtain a Family Settlement Agreement or to file an accounting with the Register of Wills. If you are asked to sign a settlement agreement and have not been provided with any information about the estate administration expenses and distributions, you may act to require an accounting.
