Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
I have been trying to settle my mother's estate and my brother and sister are still living in the home...I am the executor of the estate..
My brother does not want to move out and it has been almost three years .never paid any rent...has lived there for years...he had to pay utilities since my mother's death that is all he has ever done.
What do I need to do legally to get him out of the house.,
What rights does he have.

You should file a petition with the orphan's court to have him evicted. I assume the will does not leave the home or grant him the right to live there.
