settlement time range
My mother passes away in January '03. She left a will & her only assets were a savings account & 2 small insurance policies. Please advise as to the time range for this will to be probated & the proceeds from the estate dispersed. State of Pennsylvania.

Re: settlement time range
If the insurance lists a beneficiary and the bank accounts were joint or in trust no probate is necessary.
