If I sign power of attorney to my Aunt for property belonging to my Grandfather and Grandmother does that mean I give up my rights to any money when the property is sold

I think you may be confusing some terms. Power of Attorney does not transfer any property, just the rights to do so. If the property is yours, your aunt will be able to sell it if you make her your agent, but the money will still be yours (under her control). You can revoke the power of attorney at any time as long as you are not incapacitated (mentally or physically).
