spousal inheritance

My husband and I are separated and he will be receiving an inheritance from his grandfather. Am I, his wife, entitled to any of the money?

Re: spousal inheritance

No, he is the beneficiary of the will not you and your husband jointly. Further, inheritances are generally not considered marital property in Pennsylvania.
