terminating my trust fund
the trust states; upon my death the remainder goes to my children or to my living brothers if i have no children. i have no children and my brothers have agreed to sign consent to this termination. what procedures do i need to take?

I have not seen the document so cannot give a complete and accurate opinion. Why would your brothers need to sign a consent if this is a standard revocable and amendable trust? Just amend it.
