Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Trust Issues

My grandparents told me that they had set up a trust for each of their grandchildren, but none of us have ever been contacted. It has been over two years and we want to find out what is going on. How can I begin researching if we do have trusts established? Shouldn't I have been contacted?

Re: Trust Issues

It is not clear from your question if it has been two years since the grandparents told you of the trust or two years since the grandparents have died. If the grandparents are still alive and well, and I hope they are, then there is no reason for you to have been contacted. If they died more than two years ago you need to contact the attorney that handled their estate or a probate attorney you trust to discuss this matter.
