Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My uncle the executor of my Grandmother's estate, sold clothing of mine that was stored in my Grandmother's house without my permission. He did not make me aware of when the estate sale was being conducted and he was given a list of all my possessions in the house and what was removed to date and what was still present in the house. I want the replacement cost of my clothing that was sold. I also requested from the Estate sale person a copy of the inventory from the estate and she will not produce it. She spoke to my uncle and he said he was handling it, but he isn't. What are my rights and how can I go about getting the inventory so I can produce bills and receipts for what was sold?
