Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My Uncle recently passed away. He had no will. He was not married and had no children. My Mother, his sister, has also passed away. His has two living sisters. Who will inherit the money from his estate? He lived in Pennsylvania.

From the facts you stated it would appear the two sisters would stand to inherit the estate without a will being present. I assume that your uncle's parents are also deceased as this would change the situation.
