Are verbal agreements regarding the future settleing of an estate legal in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?

No. To be enforceable, they must be in writing. And what type of agreement is this? How can you make an agreement to settle an estate in the future? The person who owns the property needs to have a valid will or revocable living trust.
