Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My wife and I are going to make wills. She leaves to me and I leave to her. If I preceed her in death she is going to leave to her relatives, If she preceeds me in death I will leave to my relativesWhat if we both die together who gets the property????

Whoever you left it to in the Will. You can make this contingency in there, rather, your attorney can do that very simply.
